Introduction

Sulphur-bellied Warbler is a very rare vagrant to the UK, first recorded in 2021. Normally breeding in Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan, China and Mongolia, and wintering on the Indian subcontinent, the first UK record was found in full song on the island of Lundy off the Devon coast.
