We are recruiting Youth Representatives in Northern Ireland!

Youth Reps are an essential part of the BTO: they organise events for young people in their own communities, helping them to access nature and birdwatching.

It would be almost impossible to describe the momentous impact BTO has had on my life. For me the events, both online and in-person and just meeting loads of new people have been incredible.”

Keir, Youth Representative for London

Our strategy

At BTO Youth, keeping young people safe and empowering their voices is at the core of all we do. The BTO Youth Engagement Strategy 2023–2028 is written and implemented by the Youth Advisory Panel. It focuses on our values and how we will make sure everything we do is guided by them.
